Tonia, a highly experienced strategic consultant for more than 27 Years has cultivated and further enhanced the dialogue with governmental bodies and local governors for a broad range of multinational and Greek leading companies. She has extensive experience in issues and crisis mgt having led the design and production of crisis manuals for industry, energy, FMCG and retail sectors, as well as the design and implementation of crisis drills.
She has led corporate communication campaigns, with special emphasis on local communities, corporate repositioning, and government affairs. She has also implemented a great number of Public Affairs & Stakeholders’ mapping and engagement strategies succeeding to include clients as members to think tank social partners such as Business Europe.
She now holds the position of General Manager of V+O International operations, overseeing the business growth and development of V+O offices in 6 SEE countries leading a team of 50 talented communication professionals. She is, along with the Group HR director, the leader of V+O Academy, designing the strategy and the curriculum for both internal and external audiences.
She holds a BA in History & Political Science from the American College in Athens, Deree College, and a Master’s Degree in Post-Soviet and Russian Diplomatic Studies from the London School of Economics, UK. Tonia has been the author of a chapter on communication issues and crisis management, incorporated in the book project of the Assistant Professor of the University of Athens John Zampetakis, entitled “The Green Crisis”. She has worked for a public affairs company of DDB group and for political parties designing international campaigns with Ketchum PR.
Natalija took over the role of General Manager of V+O Communication Serbia in 2013, following four successful years at the same consulting firm. Throughout her extensive career in communications, she built her path through dedicated work and collaboration with clients from various industries, ministries, government institutions, and the non-governmental sector.
Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of communication aspects, ranging from consulting, corporate and brand communications, crisis management, internal communications, to creating strategies for raising awareness campaigns. Natalija’s skills make her an undisputed leader in the field of communications. Her visionary approach is demonstrated through precise planning and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
With over 10 years of successful leadership at V+O Communication, Natalija has shown dynamic skills adaptation to rapidly changing market conditions. Through analyzing market trends, making crucial decisions, and adjusting to the dynamic environment, she creates environment for innovation and long-term success. Under her leadership, V+O Serbia has become the epicenter of creativity, efficiency, and outstanding business results.
She began her career at Alpha Bank, where, over a two-year period, she was responsible for external and internal communications, organizing marketing campaigns, and implementing socially responsible campaigns.
Natalija graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, standing out as one of the top students.
Her passion for communication is as prominent as her business success. Outside of working hours, Natalija transforms into an articulate storyteller. Her stories awaken curiosity and imagination in those fortunate enough to hear or read them.
On the other hand, Natalija’s passion for sports helps her find a balance between the dynamics of the business world and enjoying regular physical activity, further strengthening her focus and energy.
Marija began her professional journey in 2016 at the financial analysis company Bisnode, where she served as a consultant for almost a year. Continuing her development, Marija joined the team at a renowned PR agency, becoming a key member responsible for collaboration with clients from various industries.
With exceptional experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, internal public relations, and brand development, Marija particularly stands out for her strong media relations. At the Festival of Integrated Communications “Kaktus,” Marija and her team were awarded for the best PR project, “Vip Kinoteka.”
Marija joined the agency V+O in 2019, and in 2023, she assumed the position of Client Service Director, showcasing her strategic thinking and a commitment to providing continuously improved service to clients. Her work in this role emphasizes her ability to lead and build strong relationships with clients, as well as inspire and guide the team towards success.
Her strategic approach to the job is reflected in the creation of innovative PR campaigns that not only capture public attention but also achieve measurable results for clients.
Marija earned her degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, where she studied journalism and communications.

Marko began his career in digital marketing in 2012 at the Go2 agency, where he laid the foundations for his professional journey. Continuing his development, he played a crucial role at Casez and DirectaLine, creating and managing digital marketing strategies. He actively participated in design, led various campaigns, organized events, and collaborated with influencers and brands.
Joining the V+O Communications team in 2016 as a digital marketing expert, Marko continues to shape innovative digital strategies. With over 10 years of experience, his unquestionable knowledge and passion for innovation make him a key player in the dynamic world of digital marketing. Versatile, dedicated, and always ready for challenges, Marko continues to contribute to the success of projects that set new standards in the industry. Jelena is our tireless guardian of finances and a valuable member of the V+O agency team. Starting her career in 2002 at the renowned Intercontinental hotel, Jelena quickly showcased her talent for organization and business discipline. Over the next 10 years, she gained experience at ProCredit Bank, focusing on finance and credit processing. Her analytical mind and dedicated work were crucial for successfully handling responsible tasks.
In the field of law, specifically at GSM Law Office, Jelena spent the next 4 years, directing her skills towards efficient administration. The year 2019 marked her transition to V+O agency, where she took on the role of Office and Financial Manager. As someone who values order and precision, Jelena ensures that the finances of our agency are flawless.
Outside of working hours, Jelena loves exploring the world of fashion through shopping, enjoying the winter charms of skiing, swimming, and discovering new destinations. Vanesa is a PR and communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, and media. She graduated in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, although her professional interests eventually led her beyond the field of philology. Before transitioning into the PR industry, she worked as a journalist in several media outlets, where she built a strong foundation in public communication and engagement with diverse audiences. She further developed her journalistic skills through professional training at the University of Tennessee in the United States.
Throughout her career, she has worked in PR agencies, the corporate sector, and financial institutions, where she was responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing PR and marketing campaigns, media relations, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives. She has particular experience working with clients in the healthcare, banking, and corporate sectors, as well as in coordinating teams and complex projects. She further deepened her expertise in public relations through professional studies at the London School of PR.
In addition to her professional work, she has actively participated in educational and socially responsible initiatives. Her approach to work is guided by strategic thinking, clear messaging, and communication that serves a purpose and creates long-term impact.
