{"id":327,"date":"2023-06-17T18:30:06","date_gmt":"2023-06-17T18:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vando.nkl.rs\/?post_type=klijent&#038;p=327"},"modified":"2024-02-06T14:21:01","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T14:21:01","slug":"the-coca-cola-foundation","status":"publish","type":"klijent","link":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/klijent\/the-coca-cola-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Coca-Cola Hellenic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Challenge: <\/strong>During 2017 and 2018, the youth unemployment rate (18-30 years) in Serbia was on the level of 43%, and youth was waiting an average of 2 years to secure their first job. Additionally, according to research data, 64% of young people considered informal education as very important, while 37% claimed there were not enough informal education opportunities or that they hadn&#8217;t heard about them (63%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to these data, which were not unique to Serbia but reflected trends in the entire region, and with the desire to address them, Coca-Cola HBC globally conceived the youth development project &#8220;Coca-Cola Youth Support .&#8221; The project included training sessions, workshops, lectures, and the online platform for education and networking with peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Activities: <\/strong>V+O developed a communication strategy for the implementation of the global project and carried out the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposal and selection of project partners \u2013 in the governmental sector (ministries, institutions), civil sector (associations, organizations), and the private sector (HR partners);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposal and selection of cities (smaller cities with a sufficient young population and employment opportunities such as new investments, existing factories, etc.), visiting and negotiating partnerships with them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptation of modules and materials from the Coca-Cola HBC Talent program together with HR partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptation of modules and materials from the Coca-Cola HBC Talent program together with HR partners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of 130 three-day workshops in Serbia and Montenegro during the two-year campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finding suitable venues for workshops in each city;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of workshop materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of catering for each city;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of a model for tracking the effects of workshops;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of initial and final conferences (finding venues, branding spaces, organizing catering, material production, technical support, communication with participants);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Results for Serbia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Established collaboration with the National Youth Office, National Employment Service, Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, NALED, and 32 cities and municipalities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 workshops organized in 32 cities in Serbia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,737 certificates awarded to workshop participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>515 young people found employment after the workshop (19%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>220 young people started internships after the workshop (8%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>856 young people started additional education after the workshop (31%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program results were the best within the Coca-Cola HBC Group of 28 countries, and the program was presented as an internal case study in the Coca-Cola HBC corporation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Results for Montenegro:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Established collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Employment Agency, and 7 cities in Montenegro;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 workshops organized in 7 cities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>484 certificates awarded to workshop participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>116 young people found employment after the workshop (23%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>55 young people started internships after the workshop (11%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>148 young people started additional education after the workshop (29%);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":339,"template":"","kategorija-klijenta":[14],"class_list":["post-327","klijent","type-klijent","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","kategorija-klijenta-socially-responsible-business"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/klijent\/327","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/klijent"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/klijent"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/339"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=327"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"kategorija-klijenta","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/vando.rs\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/kategorija-klijenta?post=327"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
