Challenge: The campaign “Let’s meet each other” is a public raising awareness campaign aimed at promoting good and transparent public finance management practices in the Republic of Serbia, initiated by UNDP with the support of the Swiss Government. Considering that transparency in public finances is not a topic of wide interest to the public, our goal was to make the subject more relevant and understandable to citizens and encourage their participation in shaping the budgets of their cities/municipalities.
Activities:
- Development of the creative concept of the awareness-raising campaign;
- Stakeholders engagement;
- Creation a slogan and visual identity (logo, colors, basic visuals);
- Production of animated TV clips and radio jingles;
- Media buying;
- PR support (Organization of press conferences, organization of TV appearances by representatives of municipalities and NGOs, writing of press release);
- Development and creation of promotional materials (infographics, banners, posters, etc.);
- Digital campaign;
Results:
- The campaign was supported by 145 local communities (cities and municipalities);
- The press conference resulted in 46 media announcments;
- TV appearances were organized in prime time on TV Prva, TV N1, TV Pink, and TV Kopernikus;
- 130 minutes of TV airtime and 260 TV ad broadcasts;
- 105 minutes of radio airtime and 210 radio ad broadcasts;
- Reached over 348,000 people through 80 social media posts;
- The online campaign reached over 825,000 views;
- 700 posters were distributed in over 170 cities and municipalities;
