Novi Dorcol 

Challenge: During the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, the entire PR communication for the client Deka inzenjering was quickly transitioned to digital communication channels. A particular challenge was that the client had no previous experience with digital communication. Additionally, through digital communication, the goal was to reach potential buyers and support the sale of the new luxury residential-commercial complex “Novi Dorcol.”

Activities: V+O created a digital strategy with the aim of informing the public about the new residential-commercial complex Novi Dorcol. The primary objective of the digital campaign was to present the advantages of Novi Dorcol, support the sales segment, and position Novi Dorcol as an urban living space.

V+O developed a digital strategy focused on several digital communication channels.

  • Creation of content for the Novi Dorcol website;
  • Running a Google Ads awareness campaign for the new residential-commercial complex Novi Dorcol;
  • Developing content and managing LinkedIn communication with target groups;
  • Opening and promoting pages on social media (Facebook and Instagram);
  • Creating content for social media;
  • Developing a landing page with a focus on sales;

Results:

Over the course of one year, we achieved the following results:

  • 76 million impressions;
  • 250,000 clicks on Google Ads banners;
  • 180,000 website visits;
  • Low average cost per click;
  • Significant increase in phone and email inquiries for property purchases;
  • Indirect participation in a substantial increase in sales (+30%);
  • Increased brand awareness;
